This workshop aims to bring you to a new perspective on your relationship with yourself. The goal is to help you dare to be you, to have fun, without worrying about the outside gaze. Above all, it’s a time for you. To esteem is literally “to determine the value of”; know this, your worth is priceless! Society traps us into valuing everything, but all you need to do is be You, whole and unimpeded. We will journey toward self-love, listening to your desires and needs.
